The Natural Dog Company Spruce of Pup shampoo bar is an organic, all-natural dog shampoo with Balsam Fir essential oil and aroma that will give your pup a luxurious shine, soothe and hydrate the skin and leave your dog smelling super fresh.
Hand-crafted in small batches the shampoo bar is packed with organic essential oils that not only clean the fur as well as ingredients that soothe the skin and keep it healthy. Scented with a holiday-themed mix of essential oils, your dog will be smelling winter wonderful!
This organic, all-natural shampoo with it’s Balsam Fir essential oil and aroma will give your pup a luxurious shine, soothe & hydrate skin and leaves your pup smelling super fresh. And many of the ingredients, such as rosemary and pine oil, have been used for centuries to naturally reduce stress. You may even notice that your dog dried faster without that wet dog smell!
The shampoo bars are cold pressed naturally, therefore is naturally alkaline with a pH of around 10. A pH higher than 7 is considered alkaline and a pH level below 7 acidic. An alkaline pH helps to gently clean your dog’s skin and coat. In addition an added bonus of this alkaline pH is that they do not need to add harmful chemicals to fight off bacteria from forming on the bar.
Application: Shampoo bars are much longer lasting and less wasteful than liquid shampoos. Simply rub the bar on your dog's wet coat to make a rich, creamy lather (adding more water will help to increase the lather). Massage the shampoo deep into your dog's coat and rinse thoroughly. Dry your dog off with a clean towel.

- Shipping with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (typically 2 days but can take 4 days) at £3.49
- Shipping with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days) at £4.99.
- Shipping with DPD Next Day Courier service at £7.99 [see below for exceptions] (please note this is a next day service, but from time to time this can take 2 days)
- Saturday delivery - with DPD £9.99
Orders over £44.99 (and less than 3.5kg) are sent free of charge using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. There is however the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £1.49 or use a DPD Courier at £4.99
Orders over £130 will be sent with DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24 if in the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland)
Click & Collect - free You are welcome to collect your order from our offices at Northwich, Cheshire (CW9 7TN). Office hours are typically 9.00 – 4.30 but often we are here later, so it is recommended to ring ahead. Tel: 01565 745463.
Orders over 3.5kg will need to be send with DPD as we are unable to ship heavy items with Royal Mail. DPD will attract an additional shipping charges – see below for more information.
Please be advised that during busier periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, parcel deliveries may take longer to be delivered.

Under normal circumstances, all orders placed before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday (or Wednesday for UK special postcodes). This also applies to orders received after 1.30pm on a Thursday.
Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank & Public Holidays are classed as non-working days and orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
Your order will be fully trackable, and you will receive a text and email (if supplied) when your order has been dispatched, and on the day of delivery you will receive an estimated 1-hour delivery window, with alternative options if you are not in.
We reserve the right to switch this service to Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, in exceptional circumstances.
