LUCAA+ Pet Stay Cleaner Concentrate is a multi-surface cleaner specifically designed for hard surfaces used by your pet. You can use it as a litter tray cleaner and kennel cleaner, as well as for cleaning carriers, toys, cages and hutches. Suitable for all pets, including dogs, cats, reptiles and birds and young pets, kittens and puppies.
This kennel cleaner is made from eco-surfactants with none of the harmful toxins contained in harsh chemical cleaners. This makes it a protective choice for pets who are sensitive or allergic to chemicals.
Added healthy ‘good’ bacteria (probiotics) clean more than visible dirt: they work in a safe, natural way to restore healthy balance at a microbial level. They reduce the risk of bacterial infections and consume the bio-allergens such as dust mite poop and pollen that can cause skin and respiratory allergies.
The helpful probiotics also eliminate the root causes of unpleasant pet odours, including ammonia from urine. This means there is no need for chemical air fresheners to mask smells.
LUCAA+ Pet Stay Cleaner Concentrate creates a more hygienic living environment for your pet:

This product is an effective kennel odour cleaner and surface bio-detergent. If you have rabbits you can also use it as a bio-detergent for cleaning their hutch.

Using LUCAA+ Probiotic Pet Stay Cleaner as a litter tray cleaner and kennel cleaner help protects you and your pet: Pets often carry pathogens in their furs such as parasites, pathogenic bacteria, viruses, fungi and worm eggs. These pathogens can cause animal diseases that are transmissible to humans, called zoonoses. The elderly, pregnant women, children and anyone in poor general health or with a compromised immune system – are more susceptible to zoonotic diseases.

Instructions: The concentrated formula is economical as well as better for the environment. Choose the dilution you need depending on the dirtiness of the area you are cleaning:
One litre makes 66 – 100 litres when diluted, at a cost of only 25p – 37p a litre.
Remove visible dirt, nesting materials and bedding. Shake before use. Add 100 – 150ml of LUCAA+ Pet Stay Cleaner Concentrate to 10 litres of warm water. Clean the surfaces and rinse thoroughly and carefully with lukewarm water. Always follow equipment safety instructions when using high-pressure cleaning devices.
For best results, clean kennels, hutches, cages and other housing as often as you clean your home.
Using on artificial grass
Using a pet safe probiotic bio-detergent for artificial grass makes all the difference. The helpful ‘good’ bacteria (probiotics) keep fake grass clean whilst creating a cleaner, safer space for the owner and their pets:

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Using Royal Mail “Send and Item with Click & Drop” is an option, as this enables you to have your order collected from your house. Further details can be found here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
