CytoPet Doggie Joint Collagen for dogs 90 Capsules
Doggie Joint Collagen is designed to support the overall health of your dog’s joints, but may be especially indicated to help the pain and poor mobility often experienced by older dogs. It has been formulated using Colartix® which primarily contains type II hydrolysed collagen cartilage with naturally occurring peptides and chondroitin.

- Collagen is the most abundant protein in a dog’s body and accounts for approximately 30% of the total protein. As a major component of connective tissue, it can be found in skin, muscles and tendons. While there are several types of collagen proteins, it is collagen type II protein which makes up the fluids and supports function in the cartilage and joints
- Chondroitin sulphate, which is synthesised in the body, is an important structural component of cartilage
- Studies have shown that Colartix® has a high bioavailability in comparison to other collagen forms
- The contents of the capsule can be opened and sprinkled on your dog’s food

Suggested Intake:
For acute use: 1 capsule per 20kg
For maintenance: half a capsule per 20kg
Open capsule and sprinkle onto food. To be taken with food or as directed by a veterinary surgeon.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Orders over £44.99 (and less than 3.5kg) are sent free of charge using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. There is however the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £1.49 or use a DPD Courier at £4.99
Orders over £130 will be sent with DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24 if in the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland)

Orders over 3.5kg will need to be send with DPD as we are unable to ship heavy items with Royal Mail. DPD will attract an additional shipping charges – see below for more information.

This also applies to orders received after 1.30pm on a Thursday.
Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank & Public Holidays are classed as non-working days and orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
Your order will be fully trackable, and you will receive a text and email (if supplied) when your order has been dispatched, and on the day of delivery you will receive an estimated 1-hour delivery window, with alternative options if you are not in.
We reserve the right to switch this service to Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, in exceptional circumstances.
