How do I choose between a liquid multivitamin and a multivitamin supplement chew?: The Liquid multivitamin has more fatty acids, and the multivitamin chew has more minerals, but both have similar vitamin contents. These essential nutrients both have strong benefits in the body, but have different mechanisms of action and come from different sources. Ultimately, the difference comes down to a matter of dosage preference - oil topper vs. daily chew.
Does it contain grains, artifical preservatives , or similar?: This product does not contain grain, corn, soy, artificial preservatives or synthetic flavoring. Both our peanut butter and bacon flavors come from fermented sugar, so it is safe to use for individuals who may have nut allergies. These flavours are considered to be natural because they come from natural sources.
Is it easy to digest?: Not only is it easy to digest, but it helps your dog with the absorption of essential nutrients to support the immune system.
Can liquid multivitamin be given to puppies?: Once your dog is eating solid foods it is safe to give Liquid Multivitamin.
Can Liquid multivitamin be used for cats?: No. This product is formulated for canine use only.
How many pumps are in each bottle?: Each 16 ounce bottle of Liquid Multivitamin contains 236.5 pumps of supplement.
Can I give my dog multiple supplements?: Supplements can be taken together just like humans take vitamins simultaneously! However, there can be too much of a good thing. We recommend using these supplements in conjunction with one additional supplement not in the same product line. For significant overlapping ingredients, use half the recommended amount for each supplement. Always refer to the serving size per your dog's weight.

Orders over £44.99 (and less than 3.5kg) are sent free of charge using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. There is however the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £1.49 or use a DPD Courier at £4.99
Orders over £130 will be sent with DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24 if in the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland)
Click & Collect - free You are welcome to collect your order from our offices at Northwich, Cheshire (CW9 7TN). Office hours are typically 9.00 – 4.30 but often we are here later, so it is recommended to ring ahead. Tel: 01565 745463.
Orders over 3.5kg will need to be send with DPD as we are unable to ship heavy items with Royal Mail. DPD will attract an additional shipping charges – see below for more information.
Please be advised that during busier periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, parcel deliveries may take longer to be delivered.

Under normal circumstances, all orders placed before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday (or Wednesday for UK special postcodes). This also applies to orders received after 1.30pm on a Thursday.
Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank & Public Holidays are classed as non-working days and orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
Your order will be fully trackable, and you will receive a text and email (if supplied) when your order has been dispatched, and on the day of delivery you will receive an estimated 1-hour delivery window, with alternative options if you are not in.
We reserve the right to switch this service to Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, in exceptional circumstances.
