Neem Shield Spray for Dogs from the Neem Team:

Neem Shield Pet Spray has a powerful natural formula that harnesses the intrinsic properties of neem to repel biting insects such as fleas and ticks, as well as to improve coat condition and freshness.
Apply a light spray mist daily, or as needed.
Best used in conjunction with Neem Shield Pet Shampoo. Sore or irritated areas may also benefit from the application of Neem Shield Cream or Neem oil.
May also be used on pet bedding & sleeping areas.
Suitable for dogs, horses, and most other animals. Not suitable for cats due to essential oil content.
Please note if you have a cat in the house, please be mindful when using the spray on your dog or its bedding. Whilst not all cats are sensitive to the essential content of this product, some may be.

No preservatives, sulphates or artificial perfumes or colours. These products are never tested on animals. Always consult a vet if you are worried about your pet. Do not use on sore or broken skin
Directions: Use daily or as needed. For best results spray before and after a walk apply a light spray mist to the coat avoiding the eyes and mouth. May also be used on pet bedding and sleeping areas. For the best coverage spray product onto your hand and then rub over the dog.
No preservatives, sulphates or artificial colours; just natural ingredients.
Some dogs may be allergic to even the most natural ingredients. If sensitivity occurs please discontinue use.

The Neem Team is a family run company led by veterinary surgeon Dr Suzy Reynolds. Suzy is passionate about holistic veterinary medicine, and further studies in naturopathy, western herbal medicine and ayurvedic medicine have convinced her that herbal medicines and natural remedies can help us and our pets become healthier for longer. She believes that we need to look at illness in the context of the environment, diet and habits, rather than just treat symptoms.
Suzy has worked in veterinary practice in the UK for almost 15 years helping cats, dogs, chickens, and other small animals. In 2020, Suzy came across The Neem Team through her interest in herbal medicine and took it on from medical microbiologist and founder Julie Preston, relocating the company from the beautiful south of Wales to our current position in the Chiltern Hills near London.

- Shipping with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days) at £4.99.
- Shipping with DPD Next Day Courier service at £7.99 [see below for exceptions] (please note this is a next day service, but from time to time this can take 2 days)
- Saturday delivery - with DPD £9.99
Orders over £44.99 (and less than 3.5kg) are sent free of charge using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. There is however the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £1.49 or use a DPD Courier at £4.99
Orders over £130 will be sent with DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24 if in the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland)
Click & Collect - free You are welcome to collect your order from our offices at Northwich, Cheshire (CW9 7TN). Office hours are typically 9.00 – 4.30 but often we are here later, so it is recommended to ring ahead. Tel: 01565 745463.
Orders over 3.5kg will need to be send with DPD as we are unable to ship heavy items with Royal Mail. DPD will attract an additional shipping charges – see below for more information.
Please be advised that during busier periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, parcel deliveries may take longer to be delivered.

General Rules for DPD
Under normal circumstances, all orders placed before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday (or Wednesday for UK special postcodes). This also applies to orders received after 1.30pm on a Thursday.
Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank & Public Holidays are classed as non-working days and orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
Your order will be fully trackable, and you will receive a text and email (if supplied) when your order has been dispatched, and on the day of delivery you will receive an estimated 1-hour delivery window, with alternative options if you are not in.
We reserve the right to switch this service to Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, in exceptional circumstances.
