Feeding Guidelines
Up to 10g - 1 chew
11 - 25kg - 2 chews
26 - 40kg - 3 chews

Suitable for dogs only.
Not recommended for pregnant/nursing dogs or puppies under the age of 8 weeks old. Not to be used if your dog is known to be allergic/reactive to any of the ingredients listed or if your dog is taking blood thinning medication (anticoagulants) /blood modulators.
Please check with your own vet if your dog is taking medication as some herbs can affect the absorption of certain drugs.

Proflax Skin & Coat formula (Flaxseed oil, Nettle, Sarsaparilla, Chamomile, Skullcap Baicalensis, Milk Thistle, Ginkgo & Liquorice) 800mg, Echinacea Root 300mg, Inulin 120mg Beet Fibre, Cooked Pork Liver, Starch (Potato, Tapioca), Glycerine, Sunflower Lecithin powder, Caramel.
Natural preservatives and antioxidants. Enterococcus Faecium 4 x 10(9) cfu

Storage
Keep out of reach of children and animals.
To ensure freshness ensure that the jar is closed tightly and kept at room temperature and away from moisture. Keep out of direct sunlight. 12 month shelf life from date of manufacture and once opened consume within 3 months.

Orders over £44.99 (and less than 3.5kg) are sent free of charge using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. There is however the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £1.49 or use a DPD Courier at £4.99
Orders over £130 will be sent with DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24 if in the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland)
Click & Collect - free You are welcome to collect your order from our offices at Northwich, Cheshire (CW9 7TN). Office hours are typically 9.00 – 4.30 but often we are here later, so it is recommended to ring ahead. Tel: 01565 745463.
Orders over 3.5kg will need to be send with DPD as we are unable to ship heavy items with Royal Mail. DPD will attract an additional shipping charges – see below for more information.
Please be advised that during busier periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, parcel deliveries may take longer to be delivered.

General Rules for DPD
Under normal circumstances, all orders placed before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday (or Wednesday for UK special postcodes). This also applies to orders received after 1.30pm on a Thursday.
Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank & Public Holidays are classed as non-working days and orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
Your order will be fully trackable, and you will receive a text and email (if supplied) when your order has been dispatched, and on the day of delivery you will receive an estimated 1-hour delivery window, with alternative options if you are not in.
We reserve the right to switch this service to Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, in exceptional circumstances.
