The Calming Spray
Ideal for all pets including dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, rodents and birds and its water based, skin and coat safe PH neutral formulation starts to help immediately (can be used alongside the Pet Remedy plug diffuser, and should be sprayed directly on bandanas, bedding, carpet, soft furnishings, cars, stables, horse boxes or you can even rub a little on the pet’s muzzle or chest) – when walking difficult or anxious dog, simply spray on trouser leg and bring to heel when you anticipate a problem.
Luxury Bandana - medium sized
Made from 100% cotton, reversible and uniquely shaped for a perfect fit. In stressful situations, simply spray Pet Remedy a couple of times onto the bandana and the calming effect will start to help instantly, lasting up to 4 hours (depending on the individual dog), repeating as often as necessary (the 15ml bottle will give up to 120 sprays applications).
The Bandana within this pack is made from 100% Cotton and is suitable for machine washing at 40 degrees (wash Dark colours seperately).

- Shipping with DPD Next Day Courier service at £7.99 [see below for exceptions] (please note this is a next day service, but from time to time this can take 2 days)
- Saturday delivery - with DPD £9.99
Orders over £44.99 (and less than 3.5kg) are sent free of charge using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. There is however the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £1.49 or use a DPD Courier at £4.99
Orders over £130 will be sent with DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24 if in the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland)
Click & Collect - free You are welcome to collect your order from our offices at Northwich, Cheshire (CW9 7TN). Office hours are typically 9.00 – 4.30 but often we are here later, so it is recommended to ring ahead. Tel: 01565 745463.
Orders over 3.5kg will need to be send with DPD as we are unable to ship heavy items with Royal Mail. DPD will attract an additional shipping charges – see below for more information.
Please be advised that during busier periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, parcel deliveries may take longer to be delivered.

General Rules for DPD
Under normal circumstances, all orders placed before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday (or Wednesday for UK special postcodes). This also applies to orders received after 1.30pm on a Thursday.
Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank & Public Holidays are classed as non-working days and orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
Your order will be fully trackable, and you will receive a text and email (if supplied) when your order has been dispatched, and on the day of delivery you will receive an estimated 1-hour delivery window, with alternative options if you are not in.
We reserve the right to switch this service to Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, in exceptional circumstances.
