Can my dog have Protect at the same time as Yeast Guard? : The soil-based probiotics in Protect are not going to be affected by Yeast Guard.
So a focus on providing beneficial gut bacteria is imperative - which is why Protect can be paired with Yeast Guard as needed.
Soil-based probiotics are also highly recommended to be given while on antibiotics to help maintain good bacteria. The Bacilli strains of probiotics are spore-forming. These bacteria can form a hard coating that protects them from heat, stomach acids, and most antibiotics.
How should I start taking the two products? To introduce the products, it is recommended doing one at a time to make sure they won't upset your dog's stomach with too many new changes.
Give the Protect alone for the first couple of days, then introduce the Yeast Guard. You can give them in separate meals as some dogs can be very picky about too many powders in one meal.
How can I help my dog? One of the best ways is to stay away from foods that are rich in sugars and starches. Processed, dry dog foods are typically high in starch. For best results, feed a low carbohydrate diet and avoid heavy metal exposure.
Should I store Yeast Guard in the fridge? : Yes, it is recommend storing Yeast Guard in the fridge.
How long should I continue taking Yeast Guard for? : Do not take Yeast Guard for longer than 60 days. After this time take a break of between 2-3 weeks.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
