How to send back a return

We hope that you're happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return your order within 14 days for a full refund.

Please note that the return conditions (see below) must be met for a full refund.

The goods must be unopened, and original tags (if applicable) must still be securely attached.

Return Condition - Please ensure the item(s) are returned to us in the condition that they were supplied – unused and in any boxes that they may have come in. Please ensure that you return the items in the original packaging or if this isn’t possible, they are sent back using appropriate packaging so the items are not damaged on their way back to us.

 

Return Instructions

·         As detailed above please return the item (s) back to us in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging please use a suitable alternative to ensure the goods arrive back in good condition

·         We don’t use any forms, so as long as we have your name and email address we will be able to find you.

·         Attach your label to your parcel. Make sure to remove any old address labels. Our address is detailed below.

·        Unfortunately, unless goods are faulty or incorrect we are unable to pay for return shipping. It is recommended you retain proof of posting or send on a tracked service, such as Royal Mail Tracked 48.

On receipt of returned goods we will process a full refund of the amount paid for them. If you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it we will refund the standard postage costs you paid with the order (if any). In other cases, we will not refund postage costs.

 

It can take up to 14 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. Don’t worry though, as we will pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days from the date it was processed.

If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us via email (hello@healthfulpets.co.uk) with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Our friendly advisors will then see what they can do for you.
