Each Liver & Kidney soft chew contains a synergistic blend of premium active ingredients, each chosen for its unique benefits. Key ingredients for this chew include:

The shelf Life: The expiration date of the product is two years after the manufacturing date, but we recommend using the product within 90 days of opening. Expiration is noted on the bottom of the jar.
What do the Livers & Kidneys actually do? Livers and kidneys both help with detoxification for your dog - this means they filter out the bad stuff so only the good stuff stays in the body. Livers detoxify the digestive system, and kidneys detoxify the bloodstream. They’re both key organs in ensuring your dog’s body is healthy.
What are the signs that the liver & kidneys aren't working properly? Improper liver and kidney function could result in changes in appetite, thirst, weight, or behavior, problems urinating, GI upset, bloating, and general weakness. If you notice significant changes in your dog, it could be the result of the liver or kidneys not functioning properly.
How common are liver issues? As dogs age, organ function starts to degrade. Liver issues are common in older dogs, which is why you may see it necessary to adjust their diet as they get older. Certain breeds, like Dobermans, Rottweilers, Yorkshire Terriers, and Cocker Spaniels are also prone to experiencing liver problems. In some cases, high fat foods can overwhelm a dog’s system and create issues with proper liver function. Regardless of the cause, liver issues are not uncommon in dogs.
These chews have a strong smell - is that OK? Nope! These are our smelliest chews to date. That’s because of all the great active ingredients we chose to include, like N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Choline Bitartrate, which all have potent smells. Rest assured, while they may smell bad to us, your dog will go crazy over them!
Can these chews be used with others in the range? These Liver & Kidney chews can be given along with one other supplement in the suggested amounts.
Can I give this supplement to my puppy? Yes, as long as the dog is old enough to eat solid foods.
How do I know if this product is right for my dog? This product is great for supporting normal function of the liver and kidneys, but you should always consult with a veterinarian first before providing your dog with a new supplement.

We always aim to dipatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 3.30pm (1.30pm cut off for Courier deliveries) will be dispatched the same day. An overview of our shipping options with typical delivery timescales are detailed below. Please be mindful that during peak times delays may occur. We also cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforseen circumstances outside of our control.

Orders over £200 will be shipped on a priority service and detailed at checkout. Orders weighing more than 4kg will need to be sent via APC at an increased cost. |

- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Using Royal Mail “Send and Item with Click & Drop” is an option, as this enables you to have your order collected from your house. Further details can be found here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
