How do I use Doggy Vits?: It’s simple! Tear open the sachet, sprinkle on wet or dry food and mix. You can also use Doggy Vits if you make any home baked treats for your dog.
What is the recommended serving size?: We suggest between 1-4 sachets daily based on the weight of your dog. For dogs up to 10 kg we suggest up to 1 sachet daily, 10kg-20kg up to 2 sachets daily, 20kg-30kg up to 3 sachets daily, 30kg+ up to 4 sachets daily. You can adjust this if required, using this recommendation as a guideline.
Can Doggy Vits be given to all dogs?: Yes, though if your dog is on medication, you should speak to your vet first. Doggy Vits is suitable for all dogs over 12 weeks old.
How soon will I see the benefits?: The health benefits will start from the first sachet served and develop over the longer term with use. Doggy Vits will work best when given daily as part of any wellness routine for your dog.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
