Serving size is based on your dog’s weight:
Up to 25lbs (11.3kg) = 1 chew per day
26-75lbs (11.8kg - 34kg) = 2 chews per day

The shelf Life: The expiration date of the product is two years after the manufacturing date, but we recommend using the product within 90 days of opening. Expiration is noted on the bottom of the jar.
How does this product help my dog? This supplement is loaded with natural ingredients that all work together to promote normal function of the urinary tract and bladder. Each ingredient has qualities that directly impact the function of these two body systems. The ingredients included have significant immune system benefits as well, and a healthy immune system is key to other organs functioning properly.
Are the Urinary Tract and the Bladder the same thing? Not quite - the bladder is a hollow organ that stores urine, which contains the remaining fluid and waste left over after the body absorbs nutrients. The bladder is just one part of the body’s entire urinary tract, which also includes the kidneys, ureters, and a urethra. This network of organs helps the body remove the urine that’s stored in the bladder, and if there’s an issue with any one of these systems, there’s an issue with the urinary tract as a whole.
How do I know if my dog has urinary issues? Peeing in the house, painful urination, and frequent urination are all signs that something might be wrong with your dog’s urinary tract.
How often should my dog be peeing each day? Under normal circumstances, adult dogs need to pee 3-5 times a day on average. Puppies have smaller bladders so they will usually pee more often, and older dogs may pee less.
How quickly will I notice a difference in my dog? Every dog is different - in some dogs, there will be an immediate difference. In other dogs, it may take a few days or weeks to see a change. It’s best to start with a smaller amount to get their body used to a new supplement and gradually increase the amount over time.
What’s the flavour of this chew? We included real turkey as one of the ingredients, which will have the biggest impact on flavour. Cranberry Seed Powder and Marshmallow Root will add a bit of sweetness as well.
I hate how bad my dog’s breath gets after taking supplements. Do these have a bad smell? These are probably our best smelling chews - they smell like chocolate covered fruit, so no need to bust out the breath mints after giving these to your pup! They’re not really chocolate though, so please resist the urge to try them yourself.
Can I give this supplement to my puppy? Yes, as long as the dog is old enough to eat solid foods.
How do I know if this product is right for my dog? This product is great for supporting normal function of the liver and kidneys, but you should always consult with a veterinarian first before providing your dog with a new supplement.

We always aim to dipatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 3.30pm (1.30pm cut off for Courier deliveries) will be dispatched the same day. An overview of our shipping options with typical delivery timescales are detailed below. Please be mindful that during peak times delays may occur. We also cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforseen circumstances outside of our control.

- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Using Royal Mail “Send and Item with Click & Drop” is an option, as this enables you to have your order collected from your house. Further details can be found here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
