So 4-Legger's Dental Powder has only 3 ingredients and none are fillers - a combination of sea salt and sodium bicarbonate (those make up the greater part of the product) and a very small percentage of Peppermint essential oil.
There is just a tiny amount of salt as it is needed to stimulate the salivary glands which releases a dog’s own enzymes to fight germs and bacteria which is the job of the sea salt. The sodium bicarbonate is alkaline and creates an unfavorable environment for bacteria and is also a whitener. The peppermint essential oil is a natural anti-inflammatory and helps soothe and cool the gums as well as kill certain types of bacteria.

The Ingredients
Sea salt is packed with minerals (calcium, magnesium, silicon, phosphorus, sodium, nickel, iodine & iron) that strengthens gums, and neutralizes acids. Sea salt also increases the production of saliva allowing your dog's natural antibacterials to safeguard their enamel!
Baking Soda, or pure sodium bicarbonate is highly alkaline, and because of this it creates an environment that is not favorable to bacteria while neutralizing acids in the mouth (acids cause tooth decay and dental cavities). 4-Legger recommend putting a very small amount in your palm, using a damp piece of medical gauze (or similar) over your finger to dab it up and gently rub along the upper and lower gum lines. When you see more saliva, that’s all you need. If a dog has some type of medical condition that restricts sodium, then get the ok from your veterinarian.
If you are using a toothbrush - wet toothbrush and apply dental powder. Lift your dog's muzzle to gently brush teeth and gums. When done - give reward!
Tips: Start with a few quick brushes of the front teeth and slowly add to the routine until you get all of their teeth!

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
