Adored Beast Canine Skin & Gut Balance Protocol

Adored Beast Skin & Gut Balance Protocol (an alternative for the Adored Beast Yeasty Beast Protocol, which we cannot source)
This three-product protocol combines liver support, a homeopathic skin/itch formula, and an enzyme/herbal/probiotic blend to help balance and offer skin & gut support.
The protocol contains:
- Adored Beast Liver Tonic - 60ml
- Adored Beast Yeasty Beast II enzyme and herbal blend- 69g
- Yeasty Beast I from the original protocol kit is unavailable and will need to be purchased from Helios Homeopathy (details of how to do this will be included with order)

The Protocol Includes
Liver Tonic: Helps regenerate healthy liver cells and boosts the organ’s ability to filter toxins from the blood. Aids in proper function of histamine (associated with allergies, chronic inflammation), protein synthesis and biochemical production for digestion
Yeasty Beast II Powder: An enzyme and herbal blend including Pau d’Arco and Caprylic Acid. This formula was methodically designed to support the detoxification process.
As stated above, to complete the protocol you will need to purchase the equivalent of Yeasty Beast I separately.
Not every dog will experience any symptoms but sometimes current problems may intensify and old problems re-emerge, as the body detoxifies and the journey begins back to internal balance and true health. This is normal, but we wanted to highlight this before you start.
It is recommended for older dogs or dogs with an underlying condition speak to a holistic veterinarian before starting this protocol, as you may need support and guidance when using the kit. Alternatively please reach out to Adored Beast themselves who have a chat facility for product advice or ourselves for general advice.
Instructions
Step 1. Change Diet
Change diet to eliminate as many starches, sugars and carbohydrates as possible – this will initiate the early stages of yeast starvation and eventually create a die-off.
Step 2. Liver Tonic
Can be given during mealtime. Administer the specified amount twice per day according to your pet’s weight until the bottle is finished. Refrigerate after opening.
Dog's Weight Daily Serving
1 - 4 lbs 0.25 ml
5 - 60 lbs 0.5 ml
60+ lbs 1.0 ml
Glass droppers can break if bitten. Do not put the dropper directly in your animal’s mouth.
Step 3
3 days after starting Liver Tonic, start Yeasty Beast I for up to 14 days (step 3)

3 days after starting Yeasty Beast I equivalent, start Yeasty Beast II (step 4)
Step 4. Yeasty Beast II
Give the recommended amount once (1x) per day according to your dog’s weight in a small amount of plain unsweetened yogurt, kefir, raw milk, or goat milk (organic if possible). This step should ideally happen 2 hours before or after meals/food. Use the entire contents of the tub.

Adored Beast Apothecary recommend starting on the lower side of the recommended daily intake and to continue this for 1-2 weeks, gradually working up to the full recommended daily intake. Every animal is unique. When adding a new supplement to your pet's regime, consider keeping a journal of changes.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
What age is the kit suitable from?
Suitable for dogs over 6 months old. NOT SUITABLE FOR CATS
Would I do this kit first or the Leaky Gut Kit?
You would do this kit first and then afterwards consider using the Leaky Gut Protocol to help to heal the gut / any damage that may have been done.
How long will this last?
The kit lasts approximately:
- 60 days for up to 60lbs
- 30 days for over 60lbs
How come I ran out of some of the products in the kit? Do I keep giving the rest?
The protocol was developed to support all the organs and some organs will respond faster so the products you are running out of will not need to be refilled unless:
They are not responding as quickly as expected (usually if the problem is a chronic issue which means that your animal has been given many drugs that suppressed it or if it has been on going for 6 months or longer)
If it is a very small dog in which case the powders last a much longer time
But in all cases YES, you continue the powders!
Can I use other probiotics with this protocol?
Adored Beast don’t recommend continuing with probiotics or digestive enzymes while using this protocol as it works in the body in a very specific way.
Do I need to use dairy for the Yeasty Beast II Powder?
You can give with a small amount of something else, Adored Beast often recommend bone broth for dogs that can’t do dairy. The main thing is to not give it with too much of any food. as we are looking for the digestive enzymes in Yeasty Beast II to work on breaking down the dead yeast, not the food you’ve given it with.
What can I do if my dog won't eat the Yeast Beast II Powder?
You can mix the Yeasty Beast II powder with a small amount of their usual food, organic sardines packed in spring water, or bone broth. Be sure to only use a small amount to mix the powder into, the point here is to feed it on an empty stomach., 2 hours away from a normal-sized meal.
