Barney's Biscuit's fresh Ginger & Pumpkin dog biscuits smell delicious, so when you open the packet remember; they’re for paws only!
Barney's only use oats for a slow and consistent energy release. Oats are high in protein (good for general body function) and soluble fibres (helps keep the tummy working properly). Some spelt and rye flours are then added. Spelt is a species of wheat that contains a different type of lower strength gluten than normal wheat. It’s high in protein and dietary fibre. Rye also contains large amounts of fibre to aid digestion as well as several nutrients (iron, folate, magnesium and selenium that can help to lower blood pressure. On top of all that it has a low glycaemic value to help avoid blood sugar spikes.
These dogs biscuits are 45mm wide perfect for that substantial reward treat. These biscuits are also quite strong so ideal for dogs who aren’t afraid to chew; however they are scored down the centre so can be easily snapped in half.

The Ingredients
Pumpkin Puree is a great source of vitamins (A, E and C), Potassium and iron, Antioxidants, fibre and Beta-Carotene to help support your dog’s immune system, skin and coat.
Fresh Root of Ginger is added which is a great natural anti-inflammatory, is anti-bacterial and aids digestion.
They also use Pure Cane Molasses, English Rapeseed Oil and whole Linseeds. Pure Cane Molasses is not only a traditional Christmas flavour; it’s a natural sweetener with no refinement. It is full of vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B6, Iron calcium, copper, magnesium & selenium. Rapeseed oil has an abundance of beneficial fatty acids (omega 3, 6 and 9), is low in saturated fat and is also a good source of vitamin E. The Linseeds are added to provide omega-3 oils for skin and coat.
Finally some cinnamon is added which contains anti-inflammatory properties as well as the ability to slow or stop bacteria growth. Cinnamon can help regulate bloody sugar levels as well.

The story of Barney’s Biscuit Boxes started with Barney, their rescue Labrador cross, born on a puppy farm, but saved, and found his forever home with them.
Barney inspired us to create our first product in 2014 which was an advent calendar for dogs - a different treat every day of advent for your dog, from some of the best known brands in the market producing high quality dog treats. In 2017 Barney developed a food allergy and the journey to find the tastiest, most nutritious, and allergen free food and treats began – with the additional challenge of being able to satisfy the notorious food vacuum that is the Labrador (and make him chew!). They researched and found a leading dog nutritionist (one who was ambitious and excited to work with them) and with fresh ingredients (which isn’t usually done as ‘that’s not how it’s done’, ‘fresh ingredients make it too difficult to create a repeatable product’’). The testing process was long, detailed and challenging, but ultimately very successful and Barney’s own biscuits were born.

We always aim to dipatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 3.30pm (1.30pm cut off for Courier deliveries) will be dispatched the same day. We also cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforseen circumstances outside of our control.

Orders over £200 will be shipped on a priority service and detailed at checkout. Orders weighing more than 4kg will need to be sent via APC at an increased cost. |

- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

- Once we have received an order it will not be possible to cancel your order, however please contact us and we will see what we can do.
- If in the unusual situation there is a problem with your order, such as a stock error or an issue with delivery, we will make contact with you to discuss options.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Using Royal Mail “Send and Item with Click & Drop” is an option, as this enables you to have your order collected from your house. Further details can be found here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
