Origins of Jojoba oil, uses and benefits
Jojoba, also known as "Desert Gold," is a plant belonging to the Simmondsiaceae family. It is native to Arizona, California and northern Mexico. Today, jojoba is also grown in Argentina, Israel, Australia and Peru, and can live for around 100 years in semi-arid conditions. Native Americans have long used jojoba for a variety of purposes.
Interestingly, the name jojoba is thought to originate from "chohobba," a drink made from jojoba extracts and prepared by Native American shamans.
The jojoba plant can grow to around 5 metres in height. Its roots, however, can extend up to 30 metres deep, allowing the plant to reach water and nutrients far below the surface. The seeds produced by the plant are harvested to extract the valuable jojoba oil they contain.

Ingredients: Jojoba Oil
Contains Linalyl Acetate (a natural organic compound and chemical ester that gives a sweet, floral, and fruity scent. It is a major active part of essential oils like lavender, bergamot, clary sage, and lemon). May cause an allergic reaction. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
Directions for Use
Before bathing: Shake well before use. Spray directly onto knots and tangles. Gently work the product into the coat using your fingers. Leave for 2 minutes, then brush against the direction of hair growth. Finish by brushing in the natural direction of the coat to remove tangles.
After bathing: Spray from approximately 30 cm away while brushing to enhance shine and leave the coat looking glossy.

Safety Information
Aerosols are extremely flammable. The Pressurised container: may burst if heated. May cause long-lasting harmful effects to aquatic life. Causes serious eye irritation.
If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label available. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Wear eye and face protection. Protect from direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F).
Dispose of the contents and container in accordance with local regulations. Always follow the directions for use and safety precautions.

- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

- Once we have received an order it will not be possible to cancel your order, however please contact us and we will see what we can do.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
