Biospotix Cat Spot On Natural Flea Repellent
Biospotix Spot On for Cats and kittens (over 3 months old) is a totally natural flea repellant giving chemical-free, natural protection from external parasites such as fleas, ticks, Mosquitos, lice.
Biospotix is 100% natural using geraniol essential oils.
Each box contains 5 pipettes of 1 ml. Each pipette lasts for 4 weeks giving 5 months protection.
Monthly treatment for adult cats 1 x 1ml, for kittens ( over 3 months old) 1 x 0.5ml
- Cut the pipette, separate your cats fur and apply directly on the skin, from the neck to the base of the tail
- Active ingredients are then spread throughout the whole body of your pet via the sebum
- Brush after each application to help spread more rapidly the product
- Renew each month or after bathing
- Avoid contact with eyes and mouth
Store at room temperature.
This product is NOT suitable for cats with Epilepsy.
Questions and Answers
What happens if my cat licks some of the spot on?
Geraniol can cause an allergic reaction. Biogance have explained that in 99.99% of cases there would be no adverse effect if their cat spot on was ingested because the small dosage of geraniol. Cats do not like the taste.
They explained that in 0.001% occasion, in extremely extra sensitive pets, where there may be a reaction, that in this instance the pet may need to be referred to a vet, depending on the reaction experienced.
If you know that your cat is extra sensitive please choose an alternative option.
Why is there a difference in the French & English Transaltion about how to apply?
The direct French translation shows that this product should be applied to the back of the neck between the shoulder blades.
The English wording shows that it should be applied from the back of the neck to the top of the tail.
Biospotix explained that both methods can be used . They explained that they the head to tail is better as this makes the product more effective.
They explained that different countries have different regulations and that Belgium’s regulatory body insists that the description shows back of the neck between the shoulder blades, because it is called a spot on, and this is how Belgium products must be advertised.

As only 5% of adult fleas are on your pet whereas 95% are in the pet's environment it is strongly recommended to start their treatment with your pets environment by using Biospotix Indoor Spray.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
