“Mew & Friends Premium Organic Catnip Spray” – Introducing this brand spanking new Organic Catnip Spray. Made in the UK, in an easy-to-use spray bottle to minimise waste.
Refresh old toys, spray scratching posts, cat beds etc., If your cat is a catnip fan, you will be back for more. This spray is NOT be confused with catnip water spray, which is basically buds boiled in water. The spray you receive is made of pure essential organic catnip oil and pharmacy graded water with no nasties added.
“Love, love, lovin it” – Cat testers love this product! Cats are fascinating but can be very fickle (and a little bit odd at times). You may find your cats reaction may be different to that of dried or fresh catnip. It is recommended you only give your moggy catnip spray as a treat. It is also not suitable for kittens under 10 months old.
“Lets Cook !!” – Mew & Friends human staff have been acting strange using funny shiny equipment. They did of lots of research and even brought in a real-life chemist. This was to make sure this spray was as pure as possible and most importantly safe for your furry friends.
You’ll be surprised what rubbish goes into other catnip sprays disguised as the word surfactant. Some of them can be pretty nasty so please be careful on the products you use. Mew & Friends wouldn’t touch these with a barge pole, so their human staff have kindly made it with nothing else but pure organic catnip essential oil derived from the buds of the plant and pharmacy grade water. All you have to do is give the bottle a good shake.
No Mess...“No hoover needed” Since it’s in a spray bottle there is no mess so you can put your hoover away. There is no need for any Freddie Mecury impressions with this product. You simply spray it on where you wish to attract your furry friend and leave the rest to the spray. You can spray areas as often as needed,
Shake, Spray & Enjoy ....“For goodness sake, do the nippy, nippy shake” – If you shake it to the left, shake it to the right, do the Nippy shake, with all of your might; your good to go. Since Mew & Friends don’t use any nasty ingredients, to activate the ingredients, a good shake will ensure the best strength. It’s important to give it a good shake. Its 100% organic and contains only natural products.
Made in the UK “Because we care” – The pure purry goodness is bottled up in a convenient spray bottle and made here on Mew & Friends own farm in the UK. The pharmacy grade water is from the UK and the bottles are also made here on this very lovely island.
Better still, they were quite fussy on what materials we used for the spray bottle, so we made sure it is completely recyclable. Just throw it straight into your recycling bin when empty (and don’t forget to order another one).
Will my cat react? “Oh yes, yes, yes” – If your cat is one of the lucky ones to love Catnip then it’s a big fat yes. Kittens under 10 months and elderly cats may not react. Some cats unfortunately do not react to catnip spray at all unless other chemicals have been added.

We always aim to dipatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 3.30pm (1.30pm cut off for Courier deliveries) will be dispatched the same day. We also cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforseen circumstances outside of our control.

Orders over £48.99 (weighing less than 4kg) are sent on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. There is however the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout as follows:
Orders over £200 will be shipped on a priority service and detailed at checkout. Orders weighing more than 4kg will need to be sent via APC at an increased cost. |

Please note:
- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).
- Please double check your delivery address in your order confirmation email and contact us straight away if this needs to be changed.
- Once we have received an order it will not be possible to cancel your order, however please contact us and we will see what we can do.
- If in the unusual situation there is a problem with your order, such as a stock error or an issue with delivery, we will make contact with you to discuss options.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
