HOW DO I CHOOSE BETWEEN CALMING OIL AND CALMING CHEWS?
This is a matter of administration preference! Some dogs and dog parents find that chews are better for situational settings while oils are better for daily use. Both formulas are effective and contain the same Peanut Butter & Bacon flavor dogs love.
CAN THIS BE GIVEN IN CONJUNCTION WITH YOUR OTHER SUPPLEMENTS?
Yes, Calming Oil is safe to use with all other Natural Dog Company supplements, except the Calming Bites. Considering there are many overlapping ingredients between Calming Oil and Calming Bites, it is not recommended “double dosing” your dog by giving them both.
HOW LONG WILL THE CALMING EFFECTS LAST?
The effectiveness window will vary widely depending on the size of your dog as well as your dog’s metabolism. At a minimum, you should notice calming effects for 3-5 hours with a maximum range of 8-12 hours.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CALMING EFFECTS TO KICK IN?
The more consistently you give your dog the Calming Oil, the faster you will see the results kick in. Typically, effects begin 1 hour after ingestion.
DOES THE PRODUCT CONTAIN ANY CBD, THC, OR HEMP?
There is absolutely zero THC or CBD in Calming Oil. It does contain Hemp Seed Oil, but with 0.0% traces of those two substances.
IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO LOOK OUT FOR?
You may notice your dog feeling drowsy or acting more lethargic than usual. If you have any concerns about your dog’s behavior, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian immediately.

Application (shake bottle well before using)
Calming Oil can be given during or after mealtime.
Apply the recommended number of pumps to your dog’s bowl or lick mat* based on the suggestions below. The supplement can be divided between AM & PM if desired.
Suggested amount based on dog’s weight:
Up to 25 lbs: 1 pump per day
25-75 lbs: 2 pumps per day
Over 75 lbs: 3 pumps per day
The NDC Calming Oil is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration after opening.
Wipe nozzle dry after each use. For best results use within 90 days of opening.
*Pro Tip: Try freezing the appropriate dose of Calming Oil with water in an ice cube tray and giving to your dog in frozen form to lick for added calming benefits and mental stimulation.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
