Should I use these or the balms?: Natural Dog Company recommend using the Snout wipes for cleansing the snouts and the Snout Soother for moisturising afterwards. You can use either one, or you can use them both in tandem for extra support where your dog needs it.
What’s the difference between these and your grooming wipes?
Natural Dog Company grooming wipes are for in between cleanings for removing dirt and debris from your dog’s coat. The Snout Wipes are intended for functional cleaning and soothing of your dog’s nose.
Do these wipes smell?: Because essential oils are used as primary ingredients, they do have a natural fragrance to them. However, the smell is very mild, clean, and non irritating.
How do I decide between the wipes and the balms?: This mostly comes down to preferred application method - some people feel more confident that the balms stay on the skin longer, other people prefer the cleaner application method that you get with the wipes. Generally speaking, the wipes are better for cleansing, and the balms are better for moisturising.
How big are these rounds?: These rounds are about 2 ¼ inches in diameter.
How many wipes come in a container?:Each jar of Snout Wipes come with 50 premoistened rounds.
How often should I use these wipes?:It depends on how dirty or irritated your dog’s snout is - Natural Dog Company recommend twice daily or as often as your dog needs it.
How long will a jar last me?: These wipes don’t have an expiration date, so as long as you keep the lid on the jar between uses and store in a cool, dry place, they should stay moist for several months to a year, if not longer.
My dog always licks the product off, is that ok?: Snout wipes are made with natural, non toxic ingredients, so it’s perfectly safe to be ingested! However, it is recommended distracting your dog with a treat after application to make sure the product can soak in.

We always aim to dipatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 3.30pm (1.30pm cut off for Courier deliveries) will be dispatched the same day. An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Using Royal Mail “Send and Item with Click & Drop” is an option, as this enables you to have your order collected from your house. Further details can be found here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
