METHOD OF SPRAYING ALL ANIMALS: Spraying your pet for fleas & ticks: Stand your pet and spray fur around neck and hind quarters first to prevent fleas travelling to those favourite hiding places. Then spray the remainder of your pet's coat. Using a brush or your hands, gently massage KG spray over the entire body of your pet. Leave your pet's coat to dry naturally.
If your pet dislikes the spraying you may want to use a flannel dipped in KG Spray solution. Wipe over their coat and rub in with your hand.
Take care to avoid eyes as you would with any shampoo.
Repeat, if necessary and as often as you feel the need to relieve or rid your pet of a pest.
Spray pets bedding daily or use KG PET SHAMPOO to wash bedding weekly.
Use a flea comb on your pet regularly. Dip the comb in the KG Pet Spray solution. Comb as often as possible.
Routinely monitor flea population levels and keep a log of your observations.
Restrict your pet's access inside your home. Or spray the favourite places every few days as you clean your home.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
