There may be variation in colour with our supplements. All the ingredients are natural without unnecessary fillers that are typically used to keep products uniform in appearance.
Guidance For First Time Users
It is advised to build up gradually to the recommended serving. If your dog is a first time user of this supplement take these steps:
- Start with a quarter scoop once a day for 3-4 days
- Increase to half a scoop a day for 3-4 days
- Increase by a further quarter scoop each 3-4 days after this until you’ve reached the full recommended intake for your dog’s size
Adding ProDog Supplement Powder to Wet Dog Food
- Place the usual amount of wet or raw dog food in your dog’s favourite bowl
- Add your serving of ProDog joint support supplement according to your dog’s weight (full instructions are on the side of the ProDog tub). If you are using more than one ProDog nutrition supplement, add the second serving as well
- Stir in well until the powder is fully mixed in with the meal
- Feed!
Adding ProDog Supplement Powder to Dry Dog Food
- Place the usual amount of dry dog food in your dog’s favourite bowl
- Add your serving of ProDog joint support supplement according to your dog’s weight (full instructions are on the side of the ProDog tub). If you are using more than one ProDog nutrition supplement, add the second serving as well
- Add a little cold water to the mixture (call us if you need advice on other suitable options)
- Stir in well until the powder is fully mixed in with the meal
- Feed!
The Ingredients
Marshmallow root: A perennial herb rich in mucilage. It is best known for its ability to support a healthy inflammatory response and help maintain the integrity of the gut lining.
Aloe Vera: This succulent plant contains compounds supportive of gut health. Aloe vera helps maintain the integrity of the gastrointestinal tract, helps to stimulate digestive function, and contains anthraquinones supportive in avoiding constipation.
Slippery Elm: A digestion-assisting plant-based ingredient renowned for helping dogs remain free from diarrhoea and constipation. Its astringent capabilities aid the integrity of the digestive tract to ensure a smooth food transition. At the same time, it is also high in fibre that feeds the beneficial bacteria in the gut.
Chamomile: A powerful herb known for its calming effects, chamomile aids in smooth gastrointestinal function, helping to avoid and soothe common digestive issues. Meanwhile, its other properties can assist with the relaxation of the gut, helping to minimise spasms that often accompany an upset tummy.
Ox Bile: The gallbladder is an essential part of the digestive system, as it releases bile after food to break down fats into fatty acids for digestion. Ox bile aids the body's natural fat digestion process. It can assist small intestinal health by helping to maintain balanced bacteria within the small intestine to avoid SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth ).

We always aim to dipatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 3.30pm (1.30pm cut off for Courier deliveries) will be dispatched the same day. An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
