Guidance For First Time Users
It is advised to build up gradually to the recommended serving. If your dog is a first time user of this supplement take these steps:
- Start with a quarter scoop once a day for 3-4 days
- Increase to half a scoop a day for 3-4 days
- Increase by a further quarter scoop each 3-4 days after this until you’ve reached the full recommended intake for your dog’s size
Adding ProDog Supplement Powder to Wet Dog Food
- Place the usual amount of wet or raw dog food in your dog’s favourite bowl
- Add your serving of ProDog joint support supplement according to your dog’s weight (full instructions are on the side of the ProDog tub). If you are using more than one ProDog nutrition supplement, add the second serving as well
- Stir in well until the powder is fully mixed in with the meal
- Feed!
Adding ProDog Supplement Powder to Dry Dog Food
- Place the usual amount of dry dog food in your dog’s favourite bowl
- Add your serving of ProDog joint support supplement according to your dog’s weight (full instructions are on the side of the ProDog tub). If you are using more than one ProDog nutrition supplement, add the second serving as well
- Add a little cold water to the mixture (call us if you need advice on other suitable options)
- Stir in well until the powder is fully mixed in with the meal
- Feed!
Quercetin: A natural pigment found in many fruits and vegetables and a powerful antioxidant that works to help neutralise free radicals and support the body’s natural defences. Renowned to help maintain a healthy histamine response, quercetin is a bioflavonoid that also possesses anti-inflammatory properties.
Bromelain: Bromelain is an enzyme mixture that comes from the stem, fruit and juice of pineapple. When combined with quercetin, this pairing enhances its effectiveness in supporting a balanced histamine (itch) response.
Turkey Tail mushroom: Sourced from the fruiting body of the mushroom and naturally rich with beta-glucans that effectively help to maintain a healthy immune response. Additionally, this superfood provides prebiotic fuel to aid the good gut bacteria and create a beneficial gut environment.
Astragalus Root: An adaptogen herb renowned for helping maintain a healthy immune system, particularly during times of physical stress. It aids natural defences and can be beneficial when the immune system has been impacted by chemicals, helping flush toxins through the kidneys to eliminate waste that may contribute to skin issues.
Nettle Leaf: A plant rich in properties that support detox, and renowned as a natural antihistamine. Nettles are teaming with minerals to support the body’s natural defences and contains quercetin which promotes balanced histamine (itch) release.
Black Cumin seed: A powerful anti-inflammatory herb with antioxidant properties that works to help neutralise free radicals and support the body’s natural defences. Also, rich in fatty acids that can help with digestive and skin problems.

We always aim to dipatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 3.30pm (1.30pm cut off for Courier deliveries) will be dispatched the same day. An overview of our shipping options with typical delivery timescales are detailed below. Please be mindful that during peak times delays may occur. We also cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforseen circumstances outside of our control.

- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

- Once we have received an order it will not be possible to cancel your order, however please contact us and we will see what we can do.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Using Royal Mail “Send and Item with Click & Drop” is an option, as this enables you to have your order collected from your house. Further details can be found here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
