Guidance For First Time Users
It is advised to build up gradually to the recommended serving. If your dog is a first time user of this supplement take these steps:
- Start with a quarter scoop once a day for 3-4 days
- Increase to half a scoop a day for 3-4 days
- Increase by a further quarter scoop each 3-4 days after this until you’ve reached the full recommended intake for your dog’s size
Adding ProDog Supplement Powder to Wet Dog Food
- Place the usual amount of wet or raw dog food in your dog’s favourite bowl
- Add your serving of ProDog Revive according to your dog’s weight (full instructions are on the side of the ProDog tub). If you are using more than one ProDog nutrition supplement, add the second serving as well
- Stir in well until the powder is fully mixed in with the meal
- Feed!
Adding ProDog Supplement Powder to Dry Dog Food
- Place the usual amount of dry dog food in your dog’s favourite bowl
- Add your serving of ProDog Revive according to your dog’s weight (full instructions are on the side of the ProDog tub). If you are using more than one ProDog nutrition supplement, add the second serving as well
- Add a little cold water to the mixture (call us if you need advice on other suitable options)
- Stir in well until the powder is fully mixed in with the meal
- Feed!
The Ingredients
Hemp Protein: A complete protein source, containing all of the essential amino acids vital for muscle tissue maintenance. Hemp is a plant-based protein gentle on a dog’s digestive system, making it suitable for dogs sensitive to the dairy-based proteins often found in canine supplements (such as whey).
Rolled Oat Flour: A gluten free ingredient that is an excellent source of fibre, vitamins and minerals. It supports healthy cholesterol levels, aids nutrient absorption and is considered a nervine, a herbal compound that supports the nervous system and helps maintain physical and mental calm post-exercise.
Dimethylglycine (DMG): This important amino acid is found in foods such as pumpkin seeds and liver, it supports a number of functions in the body including hormone production and the nervous system in times of stress. This nutrient helps maintain cardiovascular health, by aiding oxygenation of cells. Meanwhile, the antioxidant properties support the elimination of toxins, helping to neutralise free radicals.
N-Acetylcysteine (NAC): An amino acid which contributes to the maintenance of the body’s natural glutathione levels; the most powerful of antioxidants. This vital protein molecule supports a healthy brain, respiratory and immune function, whilst assisting the body’s natural detoxification processes.
Decaffeinated Green Tea: An antioxidant rich in polyphenols EGCG. Assists in neutralising free radicals, aids cognitive function and helps to maintain a balanced inflammatory response.
Chlorella: A nutrient-dense algae rich in the natural detoxifier chlorophyll, plus a host of plant vitamins, minerals rich in zinc, magnesium and a range of vital amino acids. - We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

- Once we have received an order it will not be possible to cancel your order, however please contact us and we will see what we can do.
- If in the unusual situation there is a problem with your order, such as a stock error or an issue with delivery, we will make contact with you to discuss options.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
