Guidance For First Time Users
It is advised to build up gradually to the recommended serving. If your dog is a first time user of this supplement take these steps:
For extreme cases 2 servings per day for 2 weeks, then 1 serving per day thereafter.
In non-extreme cases it is advised building up gradually to the recommended serving. If your dog is a first time user of this supplement take these steps:
- Start with a quarter scoop once a day for 3-4 days
- Increase to half a scoop a day for 3-4 days
- Increase by a further quarter scoop each 3-4 days after this until you’ve reached the full recommended intake for your dog’s size
Adding ProDog Shine Coat Supplement Powder to Wet Dog Food
- Place the usual amount of wet or raw dog food in your dog’s favourite bowl
- Add your serving of ProDog Shine supplement according to your dog’s weight (full instructions are on the side of the ProDog tub). If you are using more than one ProDog nutrition supplement, add the second serving as well
- Stir in well until the powder is fully mixed in with the meal
- Feed!
Adding ProDog Supplement Powder to Dry Dog Food
- Place the usual amount of dry dog food in your dog’s favourite bowl
- Add your serving of ProDog Shine supplement according to your dog’s weight (full instructions are on the side of the ProDog tub). If you are using more than one ProDog nutrition supplement, add the second serving as well
- Add a little cold water to the mixture (call us if you need advice on other suitable options)
- Stir in well until the powder is fully mixed in with the meal
- Feed!
Hemp Protein: A complete protein source containing all essential amino acids vital for muscle tissue maintenance. Hemp is a plant-based protein gentle on a dog's digestive system, making it suitable for dogs sensitive to the dairy-based proteins often found in canine supplements (such as whey). The combination of hemp protein with fish oils is designed for multiple benefits, including nutritional support for joints, ligaments, muscle recovery mechanisms and skin and coat conditions.
Barley Grass: A nutrient-dense superfood, rich in vitamins A, K, and C and a source of polyphenols and flavonoids. These compounds are powerful antioxidants. Dogs are naturally drawn to ingest lush grasses for such nutrient content. It is a highly beneficial aid for the digestive system. It supports the immune system and urinary tract health, whilst the antioxidant qualities help neutralise the free radicals and support the body's natural detoxification systems.
Fish Collagen & Oil: Rich in the fatty acids (omega 3, 6, and 9) essential nutrient support for brain function, gut health and joint lubrication while also helping to maintain a balanced inflammatory response and vital nourishment to support optimal skin and coat conditioning.
Brewers' Yeast: Packed with vitamins, minerals, and dog-friendly fibres, this component supports immune and digestive function. - We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

- Once we have received an order it will not be possible to cancel your order, however please contact us and we will see what we can do.
- If in the unusual situation there is a problem with your order, such as a stock error or an issue with delivery, we will make contact with you to discuss options.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
