Shield (Wipe Out) Household Flea Spray is an innovation in the environmental treatment of fleas.
Adult fleas are rendered permanently immobile and the eggs and pupae are prevented from hatching. This breaks the life cycle and prevents re-infestation.
500ml spray bottle with trigger spray attachment. Shipped with screw cap and spray head.
For use on soft furnishings ONLY. For delicate fabrics test a small out of site area to check suitability of the product with the material.
You may also notice slightly darker shading on sprayed surfaces. This is normal and will disappear as the product completely dries. Hard non-porous surfaces should not normally require application and if sprayed will appear wet for approx. 30 minutes and may present a slip hazard until dry.

The Neem Team is a family run company led by veterinary surgeon Dr Suzy Reynolds. Suzy is passionate about holistic veterinary medicine, and further studies in naturopathy, western herbal medicine and ayurvedic medicine have convinced her that herbal medicines and natural remedies can help us and our pets become healthier for longer. She believes that we need to look at illness in the context of the environment, diet and habits, rather than just treat symptoms.
Suzy has worked in veterinary practice in the UK for almost 15 years helping cats, dogs, chickens, and other small animals. In 2020, Suzy came across The Neem Team through her interest in herbal medicine and took it on from medical microbiologist and founder Julie Preston, relocating the company from the beautiful south of Wales to our current position in the Chiltern Hills near London.
DIRECTIONS
Shake well before use. Adjust nozzle to spray either a fine spray or jet. Direct nozzle approx. 40cm from the surface you want to treat, point down and away from your body. Wash your hands after use.
Using a sweeping motion to ensure uniform delivery apply an even spray avoiding run off on carpets and pets bedding. If spraying large areas shake bottle occasionally to maintain an even distribution of product.
Due to the oily nature of the ingredients some surfaces particularly tiles, laminates, short pile carpets and carpet squares could become slippery before they are dry. Take necessary precuations if this is the case.
Active ingredient: dimethicone (this coats fleas and insects. The mechanical mode of action makes it impossible for fleas to become resistant to the treatment.
Keep away from food and drinks. Avoid eye contact. If your eyes are accidently affected, flush with plenty of warm water. Seek medical advice if irritation persists. NOT FOR USE ON ANIMALS.
Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed.

Please note:
- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).
- Please double check your delivery address in your order confirmation email and contact us straight away if this needs to be changed.
- Once we have received an order it will not be possible to cancel your order, however please contact us and we will see what we can do.
- If in the unusual situation there is a problem with your order, such as a stock error or an issue with delivery, we will make contact with you to discuss options.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Using Royal Mail “Send and Item with Click & Drop” is an option, as this enables you to have your order collected from your house. Further details can be found here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
