Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme produced by the silk worm which has extraordinary properties that may be able to help dogs that have arthritis feel more comfortable, for example, as it can help to erradicate scar tissue.

Feeding Instructions:
Small dog (0 - 15 kg eg. Jack Russell) - Half measure per day (20 grams approx). So a 1.2kg pouch would last approx. 60 days.
Medium Dog (15 - 40 kg eg. Spaniel) - Level measure per day (40 grams approx). So a 1.2kg pouch would last approx. 30 days
Large Dog (40 kg + eg. German Shepherd) - Heaped measure per day (60 grams approx). So a 1.2kg pouch would last approx. 20 days and the 1.8kg pouch approx. 30 days.
You should start to see a difference in 2 - 3 weeks.
Mix with water to make a porridge type consistency or mix in with wet food. Alternatively, sprinkle on wet or dry food.
Recommended Loading amount: Double the measure for the first seven days acording to the size of your dog with the very first pouch. Although this is not compulsary we recommend this to achieve best results. This will affect how long the first tub lasts and may last less than 30 days.
Please Note: 30 Days supply is based on a daily maintenance measure recommended above dependent on the size of your dog, so lower measured amounts will last longer than 30 days and higher measured amounts will last less than 30 days.

We always aim to dipatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 3.30pm (1.30pm cut off for Courier deliveries) will be dispatched the same day. An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
