How to use: Shake well before each use. Hold the bottle a few inches from your dog's coat and spray a light, even mist — avoid the eyes, nose, and mouth. That's it. You can also mist directly onto bedding, blankets, car seats, and crates to freshen any space your dog calls home.
Is This spray suitable for puppies & senior dogs?
Yes. Because this formula contains only four USDA Certified Organic ingredients — purified water, organic lavender essential oil, organic olive oil, and organic rose hip seed oil — there are no harsh chemicals, alcohol, synthetic fragrances, or preservatives to worry about. The spray is appropriate for dogs at any life stage. For puppies under 10 weeks, 4-Legger recommend a light misting on their bedding rather than directly on their coat until they are fully acclimated to new smells and sensations. Senior dogs with sensitivities, anxiety, or dry skin often benefit most from the moisturising and calming properties in this formula.
Lavender: 100%. Lavender essential oil is steam-distilled from the flowers of the Lavandula angustifolia plant. It is entirely plant-derived with no synthetic components. The lavender has been certified to Organic Standards by the USDA National Organic Program.
What Does It Do? Organic lavender essential oil is the heart of this formula and the reason this spray is called RELAX. It delivers a light, true floral scent that comes from the plant — not a lab. Beyond fragrance, lavender essential oil is well known for its calming and relaxing properties, making it especially useful during thunderstorms, fireworks, travel, or any situation that causes stress or anxiety in dogs. It is also a powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antifungal, and antimicrobial, and acts as a natural pest deterrent against fleas and ticks. Olive Oil: 100%. Olive oil is cold-pressed from the fruit of the Olea europaea tree. It is entirely plant-derived. Certified to USDA Organic standards.

Organic Rose Hip Seed Oil - 100%. Rose hip seed oil is cold-pressed from the seeds of the Rosa canina plant. It is entirely plant-derived. Certified to USDA Organic standards.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Using Royal Mail “Send and Item with Click & Drop” is an option, as this enables you to have your order collected from your house. Further details can be found here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
