Neem Paw Balm is a protective, conditioning balm formulated to support the maintenance of healthy paw pads in dogs. It is particularly suited to paws exposed to environmental stressors such as hard ground, extreme temperatures and frequent outdoor activity.
Made with organic neem oil and organic unbleached beeswax, this concentrated, water-resistant balm helps reduce dryness and supports the skin’s natural barrier function. It is suitable for regular use as part of a routine paw care programme.
Functional Skin Support with Neem
Neem oil has been widely used in traditional skin care and is recognised for its naturally occurring anti-microbial, anti-fungal and antioxidant compounds. When applied topically, neem supports a healthy skin environment and helps maintain skin integrity in areas prone to dryness or mechanical wear.
This balm may be particularly useful for:
- Dry, rough or compromised paw pads
- Paws exposed to hot pavements, ice, grit or rough terrain
- Dogs with high activity levels or working roles
- Dry noses, elbows and areas of thickened skin
- Minimal, Pet-Appropriate Formulation
- Minor cuts, grazes and dry patches
This paw balm is made with only carefully selected ingredients:
- Organic neem oil
- Organic unbleached beeswax
- Orange and lemon peel oils
The formulation contains no artificial fragrances, preservatives or synthetic additives, making it suitable for dogs with sensitive skin.
Directions for Use
Apply a small amount to clean, dry paw pads and massage gently until absorbed. Use as required to maintain paw condition.
May be applied before outdoor activity to provide protection, or after walks to help condition and support the skin. Allow time for absorption before allowing contact with smooth indoor surfaces.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

She believes that we need to look at illness in the context of the environment, diet and habits, rather than just treat symptoms.
Suzy has worked in veterinary practice in the UK for almost 15 years helping cats, dogs, chickens, and other small animals. In 2020, Suzy came across The Neem Team through her interest in herbal medicine and took it on from medical microbiologist and founder Julie Preston, relocating the company from the beautiful south of Wales to our current position in the Chiltern Hills near London.

Further information
The Organic Neem oil originates from Azadirachta indica (neem) trees in India, and is Soil Association certified Organic. It has been tested free of pesticides or lead contaminants that can be a problem in other neem oils. The Azadirachtin content is around double that of other neem oils commercially available. We have twenty years experience with neem oil: we only buy the best quality and we only deal with the most reputable importers of Neem.
The Organic beeswax is also Soil Association certified Organic. It has been sourced from hives where bees are guaranteed to not come into contact with any plants that may have had pesticide or similar contamination and hives are located in remote valley areas at least a flight (bee flight) distance away from farmed and cultivated land. This beeswax has the most beautiful summer honey smell and is a joy to work with. It thickens the balm and creates a barrier layer over the skin which protects, hydrates and helps the neem oil stay put.
These balms are made in small batches and hand poured with love.

We always aim to dipatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 3.30pm (1.30pm cut off for Courier deliveries) will be dispatched the same day. An overview of our shipping options with typical delivery timescales are detailed below. Please be mindful that during peak times delays may occur. We also cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforseen circumstances outside of our control.
Please note that we do not send orders addressed to a HOTEL address or POST OFFICE address, unless prior arrangement has been made with us.

Orders over £48.99 (weighing less than 4kg) are sent on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. There is however the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout as follows:
Orders over £200 will be shipped on a priority service and detailed at checkout. Orders weighing more than 4kg will need to be sent via APC at an increased cost. |

- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

- Once we have received an order it will not be possible to cancel your order, however please contact us and we will see what we can do.
- If in the unusual situation there is a problem with your order, such as a stock error or an issue with delivery, we will make contact with you to discuss options.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Using Royal Mail “Send and Item with Click & Drop” is an option, as this enables you to have your order collected from your house. Further details can be found here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
