Made from 100% natural active ingredients, the Verm-X® Original range can be fed all year round. Use for daily support of intestinal hygiene. It’s suitable for all shapes and sizes, from pets with sensitive stomachs, to pure breeds and high‑performance animals.
Feeding Guidelines
Adult cats: two crunchies per day. Kittens (aged 3-6 months): one crunchy per day, and the full amount thereafter.
Crunchies may be fed whole or crumbled to suit. For continued effectiveness, feed daily throughout the year. When introducing Verm-X, or when required, double the quantity can be safely fed over 14 days.
Prior to introducing any new product have an Faecal Egg Count (FEC) so you have a record of your starting point. Any follow up FEC should be done after using the daily Verm-X crunchy treats for cats for at least 21 days.
Verm X recommend that all cats have regular faecal checks (at least twice a year) to avoid unnecessary control programmes.
120g will last 1 cat up to 2 months.
WHEN AND WHY WAS VERM-X DEVELOPED?
Owner of Verm-x stated that:
“My first step was to contact the National Institute of Medical Herbalists in London who informed me that prior to pharmaceuticals being available herbs were the standard practice used in animal husbandry. I started by working with the then Chairman of the Institute to find suitable herbal recipes for effective herbal worm treatments which we branded under the name of Verm-X. In a nutshell we have developed formulations with herbs that have been used for 1000s of years and that have stood the test of time.
We have simply made natural formulations easily available to provide any animal owner a choice. That choice is whether to use a pharmaceutical or a herbal and organic approach to their husbandry routines.
We are often asked why we do not make our research papers available or why we do not label Verm-X as a wormer. Verm-X is not a registered pharmaceutical product. In the EU there are strict guidelines, governed in the UK by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate, that restrict the use of words and information, such as our research and studies, that may portray a product as a registered medicine if it is not. We at Verm-X have worked closely with the VMD since our launch to ensure we comply with these regulations.”
Q&As
Can I crush up Verm-X Cat Crunchies to add them to my cat’s daily feed? Absolutely, the crunchies can be fed however is easiest for you. The important thing is your cat receives their two treats a day.
Is it OK to give Verm-X to a cat with renal failure? Verm-X would be safe and is commonly used on cats with renal failure. Verm-X formulations are 100% herbal and many of the herbs we use contain blood cleansing properties which help support the kidneys filtering toxins and waste products from the blood.
The Verm-X product has garlic in it. I thought this was toxic to Cats and Dogs?The Verm-X range does contain garlic but the quantities are small and therefore generally safe to use. For example, in a small dog e.g 10kg bodyweight, 50g of garlic would need to be fed to cause toxicity. Our dose is 0.036g daily, which equals 0.072% of the toxic dose. At this level, we feel toxicity is very unlikely, even with daily dosing.
My cat has a gluten, wheat and cereal allergy and has to be fed ‘sensitive’ type of cat food. Can I feed Verm-X?Yes, Verm-X Cat Crunchies are gluten, wheat and cereal free and are ideal for animals with sensitive digestive systems as the Verm-X included is also very soothing and beneficial to the gut health.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
