What is ProDog Colostrum?: A powdered form of the first milk produced by cows. Also referred to as “foremilk”, it contains an abundance of all the essential nutrients required for healthy development and nourishment during the initial stages of life. A rich source of immunoglobulins (antibodies) which support the integrity of the immune system and cellular development. Colostrum is a health promoting nutritional supplement and not just for puppies; it is highly nourishing for adult dogs too.
Ethically sourced from UK Farm Assured Red Tractor dairy producers. This means our colostrum comes from pasture-raised cows, absolutely no growth hormones are used, and in the first few hours after birth the calves take all the colostrum they require for healthy growth and development. Only once the calf has received the sustenance needed can colostrum be utilised for other purposes.
Each batch is tested for the presence of heavy metals, BSE, GMO’s and pathogens.
Colostrum can also be used as a topical application to support skin healing.

Feeding Instructions: Follow the guidance below to determine the recommended measure for your dog’s size and weight
Up to 12kg = 1/4 scoop per serving
12kg – 25kg = 1/2 scoop per serving
25kg to 45kg = 1 scoop per serving
Over 45kg = 1 ½ scoops per serving
For maximum benefit ProDog recommend mixing with bone broth, goat milk / yoghurt, kefir or water. Alternatively sprinkle over food and mix in.

Guidance For First Time Users
- ProDog advise building up gradually to the recommended serving
- Follow the product label to determine the recommended measure for your dog’s size and weight
- Then take these steps:
- Start with a quarter serving once a day for 3-4 days
- Increase to half a serving a day for 3-4 days
- Increase by a further quarter serving each 3-4 days after this until you’ve reached the recommended full serving for your dog’s size

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
