Feeding Guidelines
- Use the scoop provided to measure the correct amount based on your dog's weight. Full guidelines are on the label. Feed the recommended dose daily as part of your dog’s regular routine.
- Sprinkle the powder over your dog's usual meal, give it a quick mix, and serve. If feeding dry kibble, you may like to stir in a little water, broth or kefir to help the powder stick, so that nothing gets left behind in the bowl.
Feeding quantities are based on your dog's body weight, as follows:
Up to 5kg – ¼ scoop
6–10kg – ½ scoop
11–25kg – 1 scoop
26–40kg – 1½ scoops
40kg+ – 2 scoops
Note: Feed 2 hours apart from medication (Slippery Elm may interfere with absorption).
How long will a tub last?
A 350g tub lasts 44 days for a 10kg dog.

Feeding Guidelines:
Feed as outlined below once daily or split over two meals daily. Mix with your dog's regular food (dry, wet or raw), adding a small amount of water if required to aid mixing.
Small dogs up to 10kg: 10ml (half a scoop)
Medium dogs 10-25kg: 20ml (one scoop)
Large dogs 25-40kg: 30ml (one and a half scoops)
Giant dogs over 40kg: 40ml (two scoops)
Suitable for all dog breeds over 8 weeks old.
Not to be used if your dog is pregnant/nursing or known to be allergic/reactive to any of the ingredients listed. If in doubt, please consult your veterinarian for advice.
STORAGE: To maintain the freshness of this product store in a cool, dry place once opened. Use within 12 months of the expiry date shown on the bottom of this tub.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
