LUCAA+ Pet Probiotic Eye Care Spray improves eye comfort, hygiene and hydration as well as reducing tear stain discolouration.
LUCAA+ Probiotic Pet Eye Care is an eye cleaner spray for dogs and cats that improves eye cleanliness and comfort. It reinforces hygiene and keeps eyes healthier and more hydrated. It is particularly good at reducing tear stain discolouration.
This pet eye cleaner has added ‘good’ (probiotic) bacteria, naturally sourced from plants. These helpful probiotics restore healthy microbial balance to the skin around the eyes and eyelids.
They reduce the risk of common conditions such as conjunctivitis. They also reduce allergic reactions to triggers such as pollen and dust mite.
LUCAA+ Probiotic Pet Eye Care works in a safe, mechanical way that reduces antimicrobial resistance and helps reduce antibiotic use.

Reduces Eye Inflammation and Tear Stain Discolouration
LUCAA+ Probiotic Pet Eye Care also prevents discolouration under the eyes caused by “tear stains”.
Some dogs such as Yorkshire Terrier develop hard crusts in the corner of their eye or eyelid. If so, spray the crust to soften it. You will then be able to remove the crust gently without causing distress.
Dogs with bulging eyes and flat snouts, including Pekingese, Boston Terrier, Pug and Maltese breeds, are particularly susceptible to developing eye conditions. As a result, skin folds touching the inner corner of their eyes can lead to watery eyes and pigment disposition in the cornea, reducing visibility. Remove excess tears daily to reduce inflammation and infection of the skin fold. If irritation continues, seek veterinary assistance to reduce the fold.
This pet eye cleaner spray is suitable for all pets, cats as well as dogs.
Instructions
Always work with gloves and clean materials.
Clean eyes with a damp swab of warm water. Shake before use. Soak a cotton ball or tissue with LUCAA+ Probiotic Pet Eye Care and gently dab on the eyelids. Use a different cotton ball or tissue for each eye to reduce the potential of cross-infection. Repeat frequently to prevent recurring inflammation.
Once opened, please use within 6 months.

- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

- Once we have received an order it will not be possible to cancel your order, however please contact us and we will see what we can do.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Using Royal Mail “Send and Item with Click & Drop” is an option, as this enables you to have your order collected from your house. Further details can be found here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
