LUCAA+ Probiotic Pet Ear Care is an easy to use pet ear cleaner spray that safely and thoroughly cleans the inner ear. The spray has added healthy bacteria (called probiotics), naturally sourced from plants.
These helpful probiotics restore healthy microbial balance to the ear canal. They inhibit harmful bacteria and reduce the risk of infections. They also reduce inflammation and allergic reactions and remove organic dirt and ear wax from the ear canal. As a result, your dog soon feels more comfortable.

Alleviates Itching Caused by Ear Mites
Ear infections can be a recurring problem for cats and dogs. Prevention is better than cure; an infection that is not treated in good time can lead to serious consequences such as deafness. Dirty internal and external auditory canals will often look red and may have an unpleasant odour.
Ear mites are a common parasite and the primary cause of these infections. They live in ear wax and their faeces can cause intense, uncomfortable itching.
The helpful probiotics in LUCAA+ Probiotic Pet Ear Care alleviate this irritation by depriving the ear mites of food and by consuming their faeces. You can find out more about ear mites in dogs and puppies here.
This ear cleaner for dogs also works as an ear cleaner for cats. If you have a cat and a dog, you can use this product for both your pets (but use a separate bottle for each). You can also use the spray for your cat, rabbit or other pet.
LUCAA+ Probiotic Pet Ear Care works in a safe, mechanical way. In other words, it works in a way that does not cause antimicrobial resistance and can help to reduce antibiotic use.
Instructions: Use two to four times a week depending on the animal’s condition. Shake before use. Spray around and into the ear canal. Wait for approximately five minutes then remove the loosened debris with a soft cloth. Never clean the ear canal with cotton buds as this can cause serious harm.
Once opened please use within 6 months.

- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

- Once we have received an order it will not be possible to cancel your order, however please contact us and we will see what we can do.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Using Royal Mail “Send and Item with Click & Drop” is an option, as this enables you to have your order collected from your house. Further details can be found here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
