Biospotix Flea Repellent Dog Collar for small to medium sized dogs (and puppies over 3 months) weighing 10-20kg, and up to a collar size of 38cm; is a totally natural flea repellent giving chemical-free, natural protection from external parasites such as fleas, ticks, Mosquitos, lice.
100% natural active ingredients using geraniol essential oils.
Based on Geraniol essential oils, Biospotix active ingredients dehydrate the Chitin (The chitin is the main component of the cell walls, the exoskeletons of insects and arthropods)* and block the insect's respiratory system. Parasites are then repelled by smothering and dehydration, the gaseous phase of geraniol does also help to dehydrate eggs and larvae giving Biospotix excellent ovicidal and larvicidal properties.
This Flea repellent collar is water resistant and the active ingredients are spread all over your dog or cat's coat via the sebum. Therefore, a collar worn around the neck protects all your pet body and prevents against fleas and ticks infestations.
Each box contains one collar which lasts for up to 4 months. For Dogs up to a collar size of 38cm.
There is no minimum size as there are notches, little bumps around the collar that prevent the collar from coming undone.
Please note that this collar is red in colour.
Place the collar over the neck, leave a space of 2 fingers and cut extra length. Top tip: place the remaining collar length in your pet basket or in the vacuum cleaner bags.
Do not use on animals with skin lesions, pregnant and lactating females or animals under 3 months old.
Store at room temperature. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. External use only. Keep out of reach of children. In case of ingestion or if irritation persists, consult a vet. Geraniol can cause an allergic reaction.
This product is NOT suitable for dogs with Epilepsy

As only 5% of adult fleas are on your pet whereas 95% are in the pet's environment it is strongly recommended to start their treatment with your pets environment by using Biospotix Indoor Spray.
Q: If your dog is smaller than 10kg will this product still be OK as I wouldnt want it to be too strong and wont it be too big? A: It is no problem to use this collar on a smaller dog, just make sure that you cut the extra length. Also do not worry about the active ingredient concentration in the collar. Geraniol which is injected in the plastic will be liberated progressively.

- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
