Liver Love for Dogs by Proflax is a ready blended formula that specifically aids detoxification of the liver and helps to maintain optimal liver function.
A build-up of toxins in your dogs liver can cause problems. Generally, these toxins aren’t harmful as a healthy liver expels waste regularly. However, there may be times that your dog needs a little extra help in cleansing through these toxins, which can be after an illness, infection, operation, taking medication or if they are elderly. Some breeds may simply be more predisposed to liver problems.
Ideal for dogs who need a thorough cleanse of their liver after an infection, operation, illness, taking medication or if they are elderly and require a little extra liver support. Can be used for brief periods to detoxify the liver of environmental and food toxins/additives. Also supports breeds prone to liver-related issues.
The active herbs in this formula are Dandelion, Milk Thistle, Yarrow, Artichoke, Schizandra, Yellow Dock & Liquorice. Not recommended for pregnant/nursing dogs and puppies under the age of 8 weeks old. Not to be used if your dog is known to be allergic/reactive to any of the ingredients listed or if your dog is taking blood thinning medication (anticoagulants)/blood modulators or has gallstones. Stop feeding 5 days prior to anaesthetic. We suggest that you check with your own vet first if your dog is taking any medications as herbs can sometimes affect their absorption.

Yarrow: Improves digestion, appetite, and circulation. It also helps regulate and improve the function of the liver while also protecting it from toxic chemical damage. Rich in vitamins A, C, E, F and K. It also contains manganese, copper, potassium, iodine and iron.
Yellow Dock: Natural liver detoxifier. Stimulates bile production which aids digestion, particularly of fats. Helps to remove lingering waste from the intestinal tract which prevents toxins from building up in the liver, gallbladder and bloodstream. Contains vitamin C, many different carotenoids including beta-carotene, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron, sulphur, copper, iodine, manganese, and zinc.
Artichoke: high in antioxidants quercetin, rutin, anthocyanins, cynarin, luteolin, and silymarin which increase bile flow and aid the regeneration of liver tissue. Aid digestion and improves gallbladder function. High in folate, vitamins C & K, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and iron.
Schizandra: An adaptogenic herb that helps increase resistance to environmental and emotional stress. Supports the adrenals. Packed with antioxidants and a powerful anti-inflammatory. Feeding Guidelines
Shake the bottle well and add to raw, wet or dry food. Feed according to your dogs needs. More information can be found
Store in a cool, dark place prior to opening and once opened store in the fridge.
Feed 1ml to every 2kg of dogs weight once daily, either morning or evening. For immediate relief increase to 2ml to every 2kg of dogs weight for 7 days and then revert to 1ml to every 2kg of dogs weight daily. For a general cleanse feed every 1ml to every 2kg of dogs weight every other day for 30 days.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
